E-Rate Year 25 RFP Announcement
Below are the current Requests For Proposal (RFP) and Corresponding Awards for Erate Year 25 (2022-2023).
 
Rocklin Unified School District is pleased to announce the Awarding of the Requests for Proposals for YR 2022 (YR25) E-Rate Eligible Projects: Cabling Infrastructure, Wireless Equipment, Networking Equipment, and Ethernet Service.
 
All bids were due no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 15, 2021, at the District Office: 2615 Sierra Meadows Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677, and opened January 5, 2022.  At the February 9, 2022 Board of Trustee's Meeting, the following bids were awarded and are now subject to district funding.  All contracts will be brought back to the Board of Trustees for budget approval at the March 2, 2022 Board Meeting.

A typographical error occurred on the cover page of this RFP.  Please see the correct information below:
  • Cover Page Reads:

  • Cover Page Should Read:
RFP must be submitted by December 15, 2022, before 3:00 PM
 
RFP Clarification and changes:
The District is clarifying the requested Cabling runs – IDF locations/quantities.

This addendum supersedes the original Information and specifications regarding RFP 22-110 where it adds to, deletes from, clarifies or otherwise modifies them.
All other conditions shall remain unchanged.
